Name Requirement for declaration and permit for early inspection and validation of import and export of pesticides and fertilizers
Description Importers-Exporters' license for pesticides or agricultural fertilizers are required to submit a letter of declaration to the Department of Agricultural Affairs about the arrival into or export from the operator's permanent warehouse at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to the date of import-export. The Department of Agricultural Legal Affairs shall appoint a competent inspector within 5 (five) days from the date of receipt of the declaration to inspect the original product for pesticides or fertilizers.
