Description Clearance of imported goods can be suspended by competent authorities if there is an application of objection made by a registered market. The procedure of suspension is detailed under this law.
Comments To protect the marks and trade names duly registered in the register of marks in the Kingdom of Cambodia and prevent the acts of unfair competition on the creation, the utilization of marks and trade names.
