| Name | Registration requirements for importers and exporters of animal breed, veterinary drugs, and animal feedings, inputs and supplements |
| Description | Individual or legal entity/establishment that import and export animal breeds or produce animal breeds or develop new animal breeds shall apply for registration and certification of animal breeds and new breeds at specialized agency in charge of animal health and production. Individual or legal entity that imports, exports, produces or blends veterinary drug with the aim of commercialization in the Kingdom of Cambodia shall get the veterinary drugs registered before hand under the regulation and procedures of this law. Individual or legal entity who imports and exports animal feedings, inputs and supplementary substances or blend animal feedings in the Kingdom of Cambodia shall register the list of the animal feedings, inputs and supplementary substances in accordance with articles and procedures of this law. Individual or legal entity who applies for registration of the animal feedings, inputs and supplements is obliged to comply with standards by providing complete and accurate information for investigation and evaluation. |
