Description

The request for Exclusive Right License can be made by legal entity (company who has registered their business and received Certificate of Corporation from MoC).

This legal entity needs to also have Certificate of Mark Registration (also issued by MoC) and received exclusive right from foreign company.

Not application form, but a letter of application. Applicant can contact the Department of Intellectual Property Rights for advice on how to draft this letter.

Applicant can assign representative to lodge the application by also submitting the Power of Attorney letter. 

Supporting documents may include:

·        Certificate of Mark Registration

·        Certificate of Business Registration

·        Authorization Letter (from foreign company)

·        Power of Attorney letter (if applicable)
