Description | Mineral products that can be further processed or used as raw materials for domestic industries, such as mineral products from industrial ores, metals and non-metals, are not allowed to be exported except: - Short-term and long-term socioeconomic benefits of exporting mineral products far outweigh the incentives for local treatment or processing. - Continuous treatment or processing of local mineral products has a serious negative impact on the environment and society. - Mineral products in excess of the domestic industrial supply and are not the type of mineral products that are banned by the Royal Government for export. - Export of mineral resources that have low economic potential, low value-add for domestic industries or are in domestic surplus requires permit/authorization to export from MME. |
