Chemical substances, products, and consumer products entering the stream of commerce in Cambodia must have additional chemical labels in Khmer, hazardous information (Annex 2 (1), (2), & (3)), and safety information (Annex 4) on the packaging and be in compliance with measures and regulations issued by relevant ministries/authorities in accordance with Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals
