Description | The applicant makes this request to meet the requirements before the Ministry may allow the applicant to import ozone-depleting products and/or substances as stated in Annex 1 of Sub-Decree No. 47 on Ozone Depletion Control. Through this application, there is no letter of registration of the importer of products and/or ozone-depleting substances, but after the final approval, the Ministry will register, just inform the applicant that it is registered. And there is no requirement for you to apply for a service fee and this registration is valid forever. |
Place for submitting application | All sample receipts, applications, fees, and letters are received at the Ministry of Agriculture’s one window service office “OWSO” located at the Ministry’s office.The OWSO consists of officials from the Pollution Control Department of the General Technical Department, a department that specializes in providing services on the issuance of the above-mentioned permits on a regular basis to provide services related to its unit.Ministry of Environment

Note 1 | Applicants can receive a sample application form from the Ministry of Environment’s OWSO. |
Note 2 | Applicants may appoint a representative to submit the application but must have a letter of recommendation or a letter of introduction.Attachments include:
The attachment may be a copy certified by the relevant Ministry. |
Note 3 | The implementation of the internal procedures is simple and no letter is issued. This registration is valid forever. Following the final approval, the Ministry will notify the applicant that it is registered and that the applicant may apply for the import of ozone-depleting products and/or substances as stated in Annex 1 of Sub-Decree No. 47 on the Management of ozone-depleting substances. |
