Inspection requirement for food from agricultural products All activities related to the production, initial processing, import, export, storage or circulation shall be under the inspection for verification of the maximum residue of the harmful substance to identify food from agricultural products that are either with or without quality and safety. The maximum residue of the harmful substance that could make agricultural products unsafe from consumption is determined in the Annex of this Prakas in compliance with ASEAN standard and standard of the committee on food of Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and World Health Organization (WHO) (Codex Alimentarius Commission - CAC).
