Companies that import, export, formulate and repack pesticides and fertilizers in Cambodia, shall employ one or more technical personnel with the qualifcation of Batchelor of Agronomy, or other degree relevant to pesticides and fertilizers, in order to be permanently responsible for the technical framework as required by this law
